About Lancaster PA Bars
Lancaster PA Bars come in all types and sizes from Corner neighborhood bars in downtown Lancaster where everyone knows your name to Lancaster nightclub bars like the Village and The Brickyard Sports bar. In the eighties allot of Lancaster's small bars where bought up and completely renovated modernizing and up scaling the bars interiors. Prime examples are Molly's Pub located at 253 E Chestnut street which today features a wonderful upscale interior and a fantastic menu for lunches and dinner. The Brickyard Restaurant and Sports Bar, opened in this century is another example of a very modern establishment with televisions in every booth of the restaurant and lined up one after another over the boor so you won't miss any of the action for all of the days games. Located in a historical remodeled warehouse building you'll find the Brickyard at 415 North Prince Street.
The Alley Cat and Belvedere are two more examples of downtown Lancaster PA bars that have been updated. The Alley Kat, once Cassidy's and then Jamie's Place Was expanded to encompass the old property as well as a home next door. Today, twice the size of the old bars, The Alley Kat has a great menu including fantastic Pizza that rumor has it is made from an old Lancaster favorite, Garganos Pizza recipe. Don't miss their daily lunch buffet featuring all you can eat pizza, soup and salad.
During the summer months the warm weather brings everyone outside and Marion Courtroom, opened there outdoor deck back in the early 90's and was quickly followed by every bar in Lancaster, PA that could fit outdoor drinking and dining, is still one of the best places to enjoy an outdoor drink and see and be seen in Lancaster. Hey even the Chameleon club has a deck/bar on their roof.
