I'm a long time Lancaster resident, and I am trying to make a point to as many residents in as many places as possible. WE DON'T NEED ANOTHER SHOPPING CENTER ACROSS FROM PARK CITY! I travel Harrisburg Pike daily, both to a personal care home, and to the health campus. I have spoken with others who take the elderly to the health campus, and they are constantly being held up by the traffic they encounter now. I also go to the Phila area regularly and this situation is worse than some in the big city!
