Best Sushi in Lancaster PA! - Blue Pacific Sushi Grill
If you’ve been to an Asian restaurant and tasted the sushi, but weren’t very impressed, then you haven’t been to the Blue Pacific Sushi Grill. You won't find your typical asian decor at Blue Pacific, it is tastefully laid out in a way best described as upscale.
The decor features an elegant dining room with blue water goblets on every table. A tranquil salt water aquarium in the dining area, and bright colored fish decor adorn the walls. The staff is very friendly and the sushi and maki are outstanding.
Don’t forget to ask for the Blue Pacific’s Special Rolls menu when you’re seated. The Pfeifer and Volcano Maki are the best in Lancaster! The sushi chefs are located in the middle of the restaurant where you can watch them prepare your sushi, or maki rolls.
There are plenty of other excellent options if you’re not into sushi like their Grilled Satay Trio which is a three skewer dinner of grilled chicken, beef, and shrimp with vegetables, curry rice, and coconut peanut dipping sauce. Their fried rice is excellent, the best we’ve ever had.
No matter what you order, it will be exceptional in taste and presentation.
Don’t forget to top off dinner with a tempting cheesecake, and banana filled pastry that everybody at your table will want to share!
